A very healthy and tasty place to grab lunch. It’s not all green, not a vegan or veggie only place; they do have some protein like chicken and trout you can add to your choice. Great place for a lite, quick and healthy lunch. Plenty of options to choose from. I went with tahini trout which was deee lish us!

One of my fave Sprout locations - it is such a gorgeous little spot in Monkstown as it’s got this calming aesthetic that just makes you want to sit and relax for a while.

The food is also unreal. Sprout makes salad bowls so exciting to eat tbh because every ingredient tastes fresh, and nothing feels “thrown together”. I’ve tried so many of the trendy, “aesthetic” salad spots all around the world, and I genuinely can’t believe that one of the best I’ve had is right here at home in Dublin :)

Had a lovely experience at Sprout and Co in Monkstown. I recognised the manager from my first time ever going to Sprout on Dawson St. and thanked him for being so kind all those years ago when I hadn’t quite figured out the menu. The food was lovely as always (Chick Please) and the staff was so incredibly friendly. Thanks again!!
